Jammu and Kasmir: Security forces raid hideout in Poonch, recover IEDs


Security forces on Sunday evening busted a terrorist hideout in Hari village of Surankote in Poonch district recovering several Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), other incriminating material.

The operation was jointly conducted by Indian Army and Jammu & Kashmir Police in Hari area of Surankote Sub-Division of J&K’s Poonch district. As per officials, a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) was launched by forces in Hari village during which a hideout established in natural caves was busted.
