A crude bomb exploded in front of a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker’s residence in the Chavassery area of Kannur district on Thursday night.
As per police, the explosion took place about 50 meters away from Sudheesh’s house. Police along with the forensic team and dog squad visit the spot and collected the evidence. Later, the district police chief also visited the place.
A case has been registered under the explosive act and further investigation is underway.
