District Judge Nancy Baskin sentenced 43-year-old Robert Ellis last Thursday to 10 years in prison with the possibility of parole after four years, following his guilty plea to two counts of Possession of a Bomb or Explosive Device.
According to a recent news release, Boise Police officers discovered multiple suspected improvised explosive devices on May 15, 2025, while serving a search warrant related to a narcotics investigation.
