Georgia: Two men arrested following explosion at Richmond Hill house in January

Nearly a month ago an explosion rocked a Richmond Hill neighborhood. Now investigators say that explosion was no accident.

Authorities say the woman and child living in the home had just moved in the day before the explosion. Police say Steven Glosser and Caleb Kinsey planted the explosive device in the driveway the night before. It eventually detonated in the early morning hours of January 13.
