Colorado Springs: Suspect accused in January explosion to face federal charges


A Colorado Springs man with a history of being in trouble for explosives is now facing federal charges for a downtown explosion in January that damaged a business.

On Friday, 69-year-old Edward Kiley was indicted on two federal charges tied to the Colorado Springs Police Department’s investigation of an explosion near 548 East Costilla Street in Colorado Springs on Jan. 12.
