Demining agency has cleared a total of 64,562,539 square metres of landmines and explosive remnants of war (UXOs) contaminated land for the seven months of this year, an official said.
From January to July, Cambodian Mine Action Center’s demining and war remnants removal operation has been smooth despite Covid-19 pandemic, said CMAC’s director-general Heng Ratana
“We have cleared a total of 64,562,539 square metres of landmines and UXOs contaminated land or 98.60% for the seven-month plan in 2021 “, he said.
