At least 91 people were killed and numerous others injured in a series of deadly clashes that broke out in several parts of the country on Sunday centred on the non-cooperation movement under the banner of Students Against Discrimination.
In Sirajganj, 13 police officers were killed in an attack on Enayetpur police station during the ongoing non-cooperation movement. According to police sources, some individuals attacked the police station in the afternoon. They entered the station, committed acts of vandalism and set fires. They also beat 13 on-duty police officers to death. However, their identities remain unknown.

Murshidabad police arrested two youths on Thursday night and seized bomb making chemicals weighing 98 kg that was allegedly being sent to a banned militant outfit in Bangladesh.
