Bangladesh: Bomb-like object found in Natore ICT Institute principal’s room defused

A team of Counter Terrorism and Bomb Disposal Unit of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) defused a crude bomb found in front of Government Bangabandhu Technical and ICT Institute principal’s room in Gurudaspur upazila of Natore early Sunday.

Earlier, on Saturday morning, the institute’s principal Saidur Rahman found a parcel wrapped with polythene in front of his office room. The package arrived as a “mango parcel for Principal Saidur Rahman”.
