The Taliban security officials in Kabul confirmed the explosion in Taimani Project, the capital’s fourth district, stating that many civilians were wounded.
The explosion, which took place in Kabul’s PD 4 around 6:00 p.m., was caused by a magnetic bomb embedded on a bicycle, according to Khalid Zadran, the spokesman for the Taliban police in Kabul.
The explosion targeted Sayed Mahmood Hashemi, Kabul Municipality’s Head of District 4.
