Commando forces discovered and destroyed a cache of Taliban’s explosives and 2 of their strongholds in Nad-Ali district of Helmand province last night. 2 Taliban were killed and 1 other was arrested during the operations. A number of weapons and ammunitions were also seized.

3 IEDs which were placed by Taliban on public roads in Chahar-Bolak district of Balkh province, were discovered and safely detonated by Afghan National Army yesterday. Lives of tens of #civilians were saved as a result.
