Ukraine: Two suspects in custody after vehicle targeted by IED explosion in Dnipro


On May 7, around 7:30 AM, a parked vehicle belonging to a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine exploded in the Soborny district of Dnipro.

According to the investigation, two residents of the Samariivskyi district, aged 21 and 22, acted on the instructions of the Russian special services. They planted a homemade explosive device under the serviceman’s vehicle and set up a surveillance device nearby, through which video recording was conducted in real-time.

Subsequently, a representative of the Russian special services remotely activated the explosive device.
