A police bomb squad has carried out a controlled explosion in a Scottish town after a suspected hand grenade was found in a garden.
Officers were sent to the property in the Broadloan area of Renfrew at 7.30pm on Monday night after the alarm was raised.
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team were called an removed the device.
