Police say a domestic dispute led to a homemade “potentially viable improvised explosive device” being discovered inside a car in East Harlem on Wednesday morning.
Chontrell Wrencik, 50, the man accused of having the device, is facing multiple charges, including reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a bomb, and assault.
