Netherlands: Explosion near Amsterdam WTC linked to emerging group Ashab al-Yamin


The newly formed terror group Ashab al-Yamin carried out an improvised explosive device (IED) attack outside an American bank near the World Trade Center in Amsterdam on Sunday.

A spokesperson for Amsterdam Police confirmed to The Jerusalem Post on Monday that an explosion occurred at the entrance of an office on Strawinskylaan Street, the location of the WTC, and one of the entrances to the Atrium. The spokesperson also acknowledged the terror video and confirmed it is also under investigation. In the new video, the group claimed to have hit the Bank of New York Mellon in the Atrium office building, which is next to the WTC.
