Italy: A bomb attack on a Postamat station leaves criminals fleeing empty-handed


They planted a crude but still high-impact bomb in the Postamat cash dispenser in Tinnura.

The explosion destroyed the machine and threw shrapnel onto a car, but it still didn’t open the safe containing the money. Indeed, the criminals fled empty-handed. The attempted robbery took place last night along Via Nazionale, a municipal section of State Road 292.
