Cambodia will officially launch its National Policy on Mine Action 2026-2035 on September 2, providing a 10-year roadmap for mine action and victim assistance. The policy was approved by the Council of Ministers during its plenary session on April 23, according to the Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA).
The launch ceremony will be held at the Friendship Building at the Office of the Council of Ministers under the presidency of Ly Thuch, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and First Vice-President of the CMAA, representing Prime Minister Hun Manet.
