Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) officers were spotted on Cramond beach as they detonated a historic object that was found in a residential area.
Edinburgh police were called to the Craigmillar Park area at around 3.25pm on Friday 15 December. They say that a historical ordnance was found and as a result the EOD team attended to safely remove the object.
