A security expert in Maiduguri, Borno state has recently reported that the National Guard of Niger Republic has lost at least two men to an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) attack in Djalori.
Allegedly on Friday, 14th April 2023, the men were on a fighting patrol in the municipality of Gueskerou when there vehicle hit an Improvised Explosive Device which was planted in the area by Boko Haram insurgents.
