ICOR TECHNOLOGY ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF PROPARMS LIMITED

As of April 14, 2021, Proparms has become a wholly owned subsidiary of ICOR Technology

Ottawa, ONProparms Limited, the provider of the primary EOD disrupter in Canada for 30 years, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of ICOR Technology. The acquisition adds the quality and expert design of multiple disrupter tools, including the 20mm Neutrex Waterjet Disrupter, and other customized ammunition and projectiles, to the ICOR product lineup.

Facing severe challenges from the economic and supply-chain disruptions brought about from the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, Proparms entered bankruptcy protection in Canada in March of 2021. As a longtime reseller of Proparms tools, ICOR undertook the acquisition to provide much-needed product to its customers and resellers across the globe. ICOR brings to Proparms a focus on exceptional customer service and efficient turnaround times, improving the buyer experience for customers worldwide. For many customers, purchase and supply of Proparms products will continue without interruption.

ICOR recognizes that “one size does not fit all” when it comes to end users’ needs for render safe procedures. With the absolute goal of ensuring technicians can use the equipment of their choice, ICOR will continue their long tradition of collaborating with other robotics and disrupters manufacturers.
