Florida: Threats against Loxahatchee HOA members lead to discovery of explosive devices


The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) Bomb Squad discovered multiple types of suspected explosive devices in the home of a man accused of making threats against members of a homeowners association, a probable cause affidavit stated.

Loxahatchee resident Graham Petticord, 53, was arrested Thursday following a search back in December, where deputies reported discovering clay-plugged cardboard tubes with fuses in them as well as a hollowed-out golf ball packed with energetic powder, with its own fuse, among other items that can be used to make improvised explosive devices.
