On 29 November Laghman police detain a landmine terrorist The deminer was arrested when he tried to plant a mine in the first district of Mehtarlam, the capital of Laghman province.
Also, Taliban terrorists had planted a mine in order to intimidate and kill civilians on the road of Baghawi Baluch village in the center of Sar-e-Pul province, which was discovered and defused by police forces before the explosion.
